I haven't received an order confirmation?
After placing an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
If you do not receive this confirmation within one hour of placing the order, the reasons may be as follows:
- Has the message ended up in your spam folder?
- Perhaps you entered an incorrect email address?

It is possible that the order was not received correctly.
Can I change my order later?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we will do our best to adapt your order to your wishes.
However, your order will be processed as soon as possible, so don't wait too long.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation.

How much time do I have to make a claim for an order?
The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase is 30 days from the date of product receipt.
